GLBA privacy notice: what we do with your personal information
Financial companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law, including the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing, and requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Information we collect
We collect information you provide, such as your name, work email, phone number, company details, and anything you submit in forms, quotes, or demo requests. To prepare quotes we may also collect employee census data (such as age, ZIP code, and coverage tier), payroll and class-code information, loss history, and current policy details. We also collect usage data automatically, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve our services, respond to requests, prepare quotes and proposals, communicate with you, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and, where permitted, send marketing you can opt out of at any time.
How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting, communications, and analytics), with insurance carriers and wholesalers to obtain quotes and place coverage, with affiliates under common ownership, and when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information for money.
Your right to limit sharing

State insurance privacy rights

How we protect information
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards described on our Security page, including encryption in transit, layered access controls, and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
